EBPS operates in the treatment field of primary, process, and discharge industrial waters according to BATEA (Best Available Technology Economical Achievable) criteria. The spheres of intervention with the Customer are defined, which include duration of the investment, qualitative levels, safety and protection, and technological flexibility regarding the topic that comes to us introduced.
These systems are solutions that concur the Customer to having an only one point of reference in every phase of work order development, from the planning to the realization like also from the starter to the assistance. Such solutions are favorable for the Customer whom avoids therefore to coordinate several suppliers.
In designing its plants for industrial wastewater treatment, EBPS aims whenever possible to complete recovery of process water. The zero liquid discharge is reachable for process water of almost all industrial fields by combination of chemical, physical and biological technologies. By the concentration of pollutants contained in wastewater, they allow the recycling of treated water in production process: they represent therefore an ideal answer in case of industrial cycles that produce wastewater containing highly hazardous substances, as the laws forecast very low concentration levels of them in water to discharge. An essential factor in Return On Investment calculation is the local cost of water: the installation of zero discharge systems is then particularly suitable in countries with limited water resources.
EBPS offers a service of restoration or de-commissioning of operating plants. After an oversight of the machines in customer’s establishment, EBPS technicians identify the broken or worn out parts to repair or replace. Before to provide the spare parts, EBPS analyzes the equilibrium between the costs of installation and costs of restoration. EBPS suggests to sign contracts of preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected troubles that could provoke the interruption of working cycle.
EBPS supplies to the Customer the possibility to supervise the operation of the entire plant in an appropriate control-room, useful for the management and for the collection data too. It is possible moreover to integrate to the production line control-panel, the supervision and the control of the more meaningful users of the treatment plant.
